who pays any attention
to the syntax of things
will never wholly kiss you;

也许是不相关的联想。无意中读到胡塞尔提出的“悬置” (Epoché) 或说“加括号” (bracketing) 的概念，指的是对于不自明之物的终止判断。类似的概念好像在康德那里已经被描述过。我对“加括号”的理解是，不去追问事物（物自体）有关存在或实在的问题，主观经历的（由事物所带来的）现象即是“我”对于事物所掌握到的存在或实在，由此，“加括号”之后，便可以专心聚焦在现象上了。我的理解当然很粗糙。想说的是，强烈地感觉胡塞尔的“加括号”可以对康明斯的最后一句加以诠释。毕竟，死亡是如此特别之物。然而，康明斯的原文是“parenthesis”，并非“bracket”。我是否可以说这只是音节上的考虑呢？ ↩︎
